Dear Mayors,
                      the historic meeting between the delegations of Monforte del Cid, Monfort sur Risle and Monforte San Giorgio has given me great joy. I appreciated the harmony between the delegations and the courage to undertake a new way and not easy. The theme chosen for effective cooperation between the three communities, "European women come together" is very timely and will certainly bring benefits to all participants and towns they belong to.
You have signed a charter of values and you have committed to sign on July next coming  a twinning agreement, so you have planted a seed which needs however to be cared  and watered to grow and to produce abundant fruits. The Cyber community of  Monforte to which I belong  will contribute by working within its capabilities and competencies.
I want to inform you that the news of your meeting has been spread widely by the sicilian media.
